Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the educational interfaces, premium podcasts, or live webinar channels managed by GroxxetSur Academy.

1. Scope of Agreement

These terms establish a binding legal agreement between you (the student or visitor) and GroxxetSur Academy, an international educational brand operated by our parent holding headquartered in India. By accessing our resources, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services Rendered

GroxxetSur Academy delivers structured educational materials, virtual masterclass streams, accompanying lecture texts, and downloadable audio podcasts. Access credentials are personal and may not be shared or redistributed.

3. Regional Refund & Provincial Cooling-Off Protections

In accordance with Canadian consumer protective guidelines, all registrants residing in Canada enjoy an unconditional 10-day cooling-off cancellation period. If you choose to rescind your enrollment or cancel subscription passes within 10 calendar days of initial payment, you are entitled to a full, penalty-free return. 4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to access our platform only for non-commercial educational enrichment. Forums, live chats, and interactive webinars must be used respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend users who engage in disruptive or aggressive behavior without a refund.

5. intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum designs, podcast recordings, reading outlines, visual patterns, logos, and page layouts are the exclusive property of our parent holding company. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or redistribution of our courses is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our courses are structured for educational and cognitive enrichment. We make no specific guarantees regarding employment prospects or professional certifications. Under no circumstances shall GroxxetSur Academy or its parent enterprise be held liable for indirect or consequential disruptions arising from platform usage.

7. Data Protection Assurance

All data submissions are managed securely in strict compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's privacy regulations, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Accounts

You may request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close access pathways if a student violates intellectual property rules or acts disrespectfully during interactive panels.

9. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms of Service, along with any disputes arising from platform usage, shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Karnataka, India (where our parent administrative center is located), without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory local consumer protection laws of your Canadian province of residence shall be respected in all cases.
